The Challenge: How do you distill a lifetime of influences into a single professional identity? I needed to bridge the gap between my personal inspirations—from Kanye West to Dave’s Hot Chicken—and the strategic "DNA" I bring to a creative team.
The Strategy: I realized that great storytelling isn't just about what you make, but the "Rules" you live by. I developed a 30-slide framework at the University of Oregon that analyzed the cultural weight of brands like Nike and Spotify to define my own point of view as a strategist.
The Making: I built a high-energy deck featuring 7 Rules and 15 Inspirations, designed through the visual lens of Google’s iconic aesthetic. It’s a 30-slide deep dive into the brands, films, and tools (like Apple and Sony) that shape my work, culminating in a blueprint for my future at a place like Google Creative Lab.
