The Role: Social Media Intern
The Vibe: Bold / 3D-Immersive / Cultural
The Challenge: How do you take a brand from static and invisible to vibrant and viral? When I started at PanPalz, the Instagram presence was flat—both visually and in reach—pulling 0 views with 2D posts that struggled to break through the noise. I needed to find a way to bridge the gap between our brand identity and the massive digital subcultures where our audience actually lives.
The Strategy: I realized that to win "The Anti-Algorithm" game, we had to inhabit the worlds our users love. I developed a strategy centered on "The PanPalz Paradox": using high-tech 3D generation to foster "Soul in the System." I pivoted from generic templates to a community-first approach, placing our mascots directly into the visual DNA of iconic gaming and cinematic universes like Stranger Things, Valorant, Mario Kart, and Overwatch.
The Making: I swapped flat design for a high-energy 3D workflow using Nano Banana via Google Gemini.
The Evolution: I leveraged the generative capabilities of ChatGPT and Nano Banana to transform PanPalz’s 2D mascots into high-fidelity 3D assets, using iterative refinement to seamlessly composite them into relevant pop-culture environments.
The Content: Beyond stills, I leveraged trending audio and "Voice in Motion" video styles to create a "Coffee Rave" energy that felt native to the platform.
The Impact: By trading "safe" corporate aesthetics for a 3D-immersive blueprint, I catalyzed the account's growth from 0 to over 200 views per post, turning a quiet feed into a cultural touchpoint.
The Result: By embedding our mascots into the communities that matter, we didn't just post content—we joined the conversation.
