SUNNY
The Role: Director, Animator & Sound Designer
The Vibe: Hand-crafted / Whimsical / Immersive
The Challenge: The goal was to build a complete narrative universe from scratch using physical materials. Stop-motion is a test of patience and precision—from engineering a stable stage to mastering the physics of physical lighting, every frame required a balance of technical problem-solving and creative vision.
The Strategy: I wanted to prove that "lo-fi" doesn't mean "low quality." By focusing on tactile textures and character-driven storytelling, I developed a world that feels lived-in and organic. I used this project to push the boundaries of my "Maker" identity, acting as a one-person studio to handle every layer of the production.
The Making: This was a full-scale production including hand-built sets, character animation, and voice acting. I also produced the original score and created custom foley sounds to give the physical world a digital soul. The final piece was edited to showcase a seamless blend of music, movement, and character performance.
